So, you want to make a Web Page!

• What the heck is Notepad and where do I get it?
   
• I've seen pages where the background is fixed and the page just scrolls over it. How can I do that?

Table Tutor

• I've laid out my table with my dimensions but the table doesn't show up right. Or it's fine in Browser A but looks different in Browser B.
